The open design kitchen has lots of counter space and adjoins a dining room with a huge rustic wooden table with country style benches. Just behind the table is one of the most unique features of Sprucecot: a swing that hangs from the enormous ridgepole. No matter how high you swing, you don't hit the ceiling or the dining table. Many a guest has used the Johnstone swing to relieve their daily stress!
	The comfortable parlor looks out on the garden. And although this bedroom looks like a sitting room, the couch opens into a comfortable double bed.

This bedroom doubles as an office but has a Murphy bed that folds into the wall.	The largest bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens into the garden area.
