A unique home in a remarkable city!
Near the heart of downtown Sitka is a home that everyone talks about. It was the spruce log home of Judy and the late Allan Johnstone. Most folks have been there, either inside enjoying the Johnstones' hospitality or outside marveling over Judy's summer garden.
Now you can visit this bit of Alaskana, too, where you'll be within walking distance of town, the harbors, the Sitka trail system...and MacDonald's!
Sprucecot's amenities include:
1) one bedroom with twin beds, two bedrooms with double beds, rollaway bed, cot and crib available
parlor couches make into beds for small people
2) a home office with phone, fax, cable modem
internet access
3) roll-in zero-step entrance, front and rear, wheelchair friendly
4) a large garden with vegetables and flowers in season
5) TV, VCR, films and games, cable and dish, card table
6) a fully equipped kitchen and dining room
(7) two full baths, washer and dryer
Our fees:
1 day stay: $275 + tax
Deposit to hold reservation: $275
